Review of “The Jesus Book” By Stephen Elkins

“The Jesus Book” by Stephen Elkins was illustrated very beautifully and was simple to read and understand for a small child. I was delighted to find that the book included a CD with a ton of songs for young children to listen to and sing along with. This is a very comprehensive book for children to learn who Jesus was and what He has to offer us. The pictures are very colorful and the book is very informative. This book would make a great gift for a child or the parent of a small child. This is the type of book a child will keep and cherish forever. My husband was also curious about what the book said and took a look at the book, he offered the opinion that the book should’ve talked a little more specifically about when Jesus was born to make it a little clearer for young children to understand, other than that the book did an amazing job of presenting the information in a clear and understandable way. I would recommend this book to friends, family and anyone with children.
